You must reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled appt time in order for your deposit to roll over. Rescheduling less than 48 hours is just a cancellation and the refund cannot be applied to the next appointment.
Yes, You will automatically receive a confirmation from the booking site immediately.
I will also text you the night before your scheduled appointment with the address if its your first time. Make sure your correct info is correct on the booking site!
Do not rely on social media to contact me. I do not check dm/inboxes!
No, I do not braid styles that are not or no longer listed on my sites and I do not accept request for appointments outside of what is listed on my site.
Please, DO NOT ARRIVE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES EARLY! If so, please remain in your vehicle until your appointment time. I will always be on time and ready for you at your scheduled time.
You are allowed a 15 minute grace period to arrive for your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment WILL BE CANCELLED and your deposit WILL NOT be refunded. This is not negotiable.
Yes. Natural colors only (1,1b, 2 and 4) Any other colors requested you must provide.
If your appointment has been canceled try rebooking the time before sending the deposit. Sending a deposit after the cancelllation will not reinstate a canceled appointment. If the spot is no longer available you will need to select a new time. Deposits are due within an hour of booking. Period!
Deposits are absolutely non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule I will apply that deposit to your new appointment but you must notify me 48 hours prior to your appointment. If trying to reschedule the day of or day before will result in a loss of your deposit, in which case a new deposit will need to be made for future appointments.
